The role includes leading, mentoring, and growing a high-performing platform engineering team by fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. The manager will drive initiatives to improve developer velocity by streamlining workflows and reducing friction. Upholding and driving high standards for best engineering practices across Poe teams is also a key responsibility.
