Job Description
This role is responsible for driving the strategy, development, and performance of data-enabling technologies that power personalized, omnichannel guest experiences. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in digital measurement strategy, analytics platform ownership (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel), and cross-functional collaboration to turn data into actionable insights across web, mobile, and in-store touchpoints. This position plays a critical role in aligning product decisions with business intelligence and customer engagement goals.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of a portfolio of products supporting marketing technology, loyalty, personalization, and data platforms. Drive product initiatives that support cross-functional activation of personalized guest experiences across a variety of channels including mobile app, web, in-store kiosks, email, SMS, and digital fuel pump screens. Serve as primary owner and point of contact for web and product analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Target, Google Analytics, Mixpanel), partnering closely with BI and Advanced Analytics teams to support measurement planning, reporting requirements, and implementation documentation (BRDs, SDRs). Define and manage product KPIs, ensuring they are mapped directly to Pilot's strategic growth and customer engagement objectives. Develop and maintain product roadmaps in alignment with business priorities.
