About the Role:
- Own the growth loop for dealer activation, feature adoption, and retention.
- Design experiments to improve adoption and prioritize based on metrics.
- Work with Engineering, Design, and Technical PMs to ship growth features.
Customer Understanding:
- Understand the dealership business model and end-user workflows.
- Translate field observations into structured product insight.
- Act as the link between customer success and engineering.
Product-Led Customer Enablement:
- Design onboarding and education as core product features.
- Collaborate with CS to resolve bottlenecks and reduce implementation risk.
- Turn customer victories into actionable product insights.
Communication:
- Write product updates and dealer-facing communications that are clear and actionable.
- Ensure customer feedback influences the product roadmap.
