About the Role:

  • Understand the dealership business model and end-user workflows.
  • Translate field observations into structured product insight.
  • Act as the link between customer success and engineering.

Product-Led Customer Enablement:

  • Design onboarding and education as core product features.
  • Collaborate with CS to resolve bottlenecks and reduce implementation risk.
  • Turn customer victories into actionable product insights.

Communication:

  • Write product updates and dealer-facing communications that are clear and actionable.
  • Ensure customer feedback influences the product roadmap.
