Associate Manager, Technical Reviews & Training - CPA

About the Role:

• Chazin is seeking a CPA to serve as internal subject matter expert on U.S. GAAP and lead technical accounting training.
• This role combines monthly close and audit readiness reviews with training development and coaching across the accounting services team.

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed reviews of workpapers, reconciliations, and financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Research technical accounting questions and prepare memoranda documenting conclusions and implementation considerations.
• Develop and deliver training, coach team members, and support process improvements using approved tools.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range is $103k - $110k per year plus comprehensive benefits.
