Job Description
Customer Relationship Management:
- Develops strong customer relationships and serve as a RingCentral trusted partner.
- Engages appropriate resources to ensure issues are being handled and escalated in a timely matter.
- Partners cross-functionally with support, professional services, sales and marketing segments to create customer success that drives positive customer satisfaction and account growth.
Customer Success Responsibilities:
- Drives adoption across RingCentral’s multiple product technology stack to ensure customers are maximizing ROI.
- Executes an adoption strategy through business reviews.
- Maintains and grows monthly recurring revenue for RingCentral's most valued customers.
Project Management:
- Quarterbacks internal and external initiatives.
- Acts as sales liaison, builds internal relationships to help drive growth expansion inside of the account, and manages partner relationships to better support premium RingCentral customers.
- Mitigates churn risk and protect portfolio MRR growth.
