Data Analyst

The Data Analyst supports the BSA/AML team by providing analytical insights and data-driven support for transaction monitoring, screening, and reporting functions. This role is responsible for extracting, analyzing, and visualizing data to enhance the effectiveness of Green Dot’s AML compliance program. The analyst will collaborate with compliance, operations, and data science teams to ensure regulatory alignment and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include analyzing transaction monitoring and screening data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for rule optimization, developing dashboards and reports to support AML risk governance and executive reporting, and assisting in the integration of third-party Bank-issued product data into enterprise-wide AML reporting.
