Telehealth Genetic Counselor

Position Summary:

• Provides telephonic and video genetic counseling to patients, reviewing medical and family history.
• Assesses genetic risks, offers testing options, and documents sessions.
• Communicates results and supports healthcare provider inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs genetic risk assessment and counseling, including follow-up and result disclosure.
• Develops and improves protocols, SOPs, and patient education materials.
• Represents company at trade shows and conferences (<10% travel).

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Genetic Counseling and board certification (ABGC or ABMG).
• Two or more years of clinical genetic counseling experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
