Sr. Salesforce Developer

Looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to drive the design, development, and implementation of software solutions on the Salesforce platform. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, building, and maintaining high-quality applications that align with our clients’ business objectives and their users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, leverage your deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, and stay current with emerging technologies to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications on the Salesforce platform that align with business needs and industry standards. Collaborate with project team members, including product owners, Salesforce consultants, and other developers, to define, design, and implement new applications, features, and system enhancements. Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using web APIs, asynchronous messaging, and other tools to ensure seamless data flow across platforms. Uphold coding standards through best practices, code reviews, testing, and version control (Git). Manage deployment across development, testing, and production environments to ensure smooth delivery. Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends. Assess and incorporate relevant new technologies and functionalities into existing solutions to enhance platform capabilities. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment to promote skill development within the team.
