About the Role:
- Build infrastructure, tooling, and documentation to make AI agents dramatically more effective.
- Own the agentic development environment and MCP integrations.
- Serve as a "PM" for internal AI agents, staying on the leading edge.

- Strong software engineering fundamentals and deep experience with AI coding agents.
- Experience writing documentation that improves agent output.
- Comfortable working across stack including CI/CD and cloud infrastructure.
