Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Review brief text-based conversations between users and an AI assistant.

-Assess user sentiment: Were they satisfied, neutral, frustrated, confused, or disengaged?

-Flag scenarios where the AI’s response may have missed the mark or failed to address the user’s underlying intent.

-Individuals with high emotional intelligence.

-Experience in teaching, coaching, counseling, customer experience, or other people-focused roles.

-Ability to read tone and nuance in written communication.
