Sr. Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst

The Salesforce CPQ Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team. The BSA is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements related to product configuration, pricing, quoting, approvals, and contract lifecycle processes in Salesforce CPQ. Key Responsibilities include collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and document CPQ requirements (products, pricing, discounting, approvals, etc.), translating business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories, and analyzing existing CPQ processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Additional responsibilities involve working closely with solution architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery, supporting UAT testing by validating functionality against requirements and coordinating business sign-off, conducting impact assessments for proposed changes and managing configuration dependencies, and creating user documentation and training materials for end users as needed.
