Staff Accountant – Finance & Accounting Transformation

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant with strong experience in reconciliations, accounting cleanup, and financial reporting support to help drive our finance & accounting transformation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building structure out of complexity, enjoys working with large volumes of accounting data, and can produce clear, well-documented schedules that connect financial statements to the operational performance of the business. The right candidate will not only resolve current issues but also design processes and controls that improve accuracy and reduce errors going forward. You will play a key role in strengthening our financial reporting processes, bridging financial results with operational performance, and building sustainable practices that drive finance transformation in partnership with senior leadership.
