Safety Leadership & Worksite Control:
- Assume leadership and operational control of the worksite during daily field operations.
- Ensure all climbing, turbine access, rescue readiness, and blade-entry activities are conducted safely.
- Conduct pre-job briefings, hazard assessments, and daily safety discussions.
Operational Oversight:
- Lead internal blade inspection operations using the SkySpecs crawler system.
- Coordinate daily field activities to ensure inspections are completed safely and efficiently.
- Verify proper setup, operation, troubleshooting, and handling of inspection equipment.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
- Serve as mentor, instructor, and technical resource for field technicians.
- Promote professional development, accountability, and operational consistency.
- Facilitate effective communication between technicians, supervisors, management, and customers.
