Field Quality Supervisor - Solar

What you'll do:

• Implement an effective model of standards, professionalism and positive culture through strong and respectful leadership.
• Build and maintain a capable, effective, efficient and flexible technical team.
• Lead on ensuring all surveys that pass through the design team are technically viable for installation.

What you'll need:

• To be a fully trained technical expert in the world of solar with a proven track record of installing and a great understanding of domestic PV systems.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with a team to get the best results.
• City & Guilds or equivalent qualification (level 3) and 18th Edition 2394/2395 test & inspection.
