Collaborate with Growth Leads and Account Managers to translate client objectives into clear project plans
Scope projects with defined deliverables, milestones, timelines, and resource needs
Assess capacity and allocate team members based on skills and availability

Resource & Profitability Management:

Monitor timesheets, utilization, and project budgets
Ensure projects remain on time and within scope while protecting profitability
Identify and address time overages or resource gaps proactively

Project Execution & Coordination:

Act as the operational bridge between Growth, Creative, and Account teams
Ensure all deliverables — including creative tasks — are executed on schedule
Maintain detailed timelines and follow up on milestones
