JOB PURPOSE:
- Oversee the delivery of a wide variety of campaigns.
- Project-manage the production process end to end.
- Assist in leading a client services team with global counterparts.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Build strong relationships with clients at all levels, including strategic input.
- Communicate feedback to designers, copywriters, and developers.
- Ensure feedback requirements are met while protecting the brand’s values.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Demonstrable agency experience in Client Services.
- Experienced in delivering multi-channel marketing communications.
- Commercially minded, with experience managing budgets and timelines.
