Engineering Manager

Lead a team of engineers working on core areas of Jasper’s platform (e.g., content generation, collaboration tools, data pipelines, or integrations). Foster a high-trust, inclusive, and feedback-driven engineering culture focused on learning, autonomy, and performance. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver on technical and business goals. Ensure reliable delivery by creating healthy team rituals, resolving blockers, and optimizing processes. Support engineers' growth through coaching, mentorship, regular feedback, and clear development plans. Participate in technical design reviews, architectural planning, and roadmap discussions. Contribute to hiring and onboarding as we continue scaling the engineering team.
