Job Summary:
- Bugcrowd is seeking a skilled Technical Engagement Manager to own the technical onboarding and rollout of bug bounty, VDP, and pentest programs.
- You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful program launches and ongoing adoption.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end technical onboarding and configuration of security programs for new and existing customers.
- Act as a technical point of contact during program launches, guiding vulnerability triage and integration best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve internal playbooks and delivery processes.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role with knowledge of pentest, bug-bounty, and red-team methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-facing mindset.
