Job Description
As Team Lead E-Commerce at Doonails, take responsibility for entire e-commerce business and actively shape online growth strategy. Goal is to continuously optimize sales, conversion and customer experience and drive data-based growth in the long term. Depending on experience, bring knowledge in the area of CRM & Customer Experience, or develop this area step by step together with the team.
Responsibility for the operative control and further development of online shop and Amazon presence, optimize conversion rate, average order value (AOV) and page speed, analyze shop performance and derive data-based recommendations for action, planning and implementation of A/B tests and conversion optimizations.
Lead and develop the e-commerce team, define clear roles, processes and priorities, ensure efficient and scalable workflows for campaigns, promotions and launches, promote an open, solution-oriented team culture, interface management between e-commerce, CRM, marketing and operations. Expansion and strategic further development of post-purchase communication (email, push, print), development of data-driven customer journeys and segmentation strategies. Implement measures to increase repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value.
