Intermediate Developer

About the Role:

• You'll join the SaaS Manager team to build a platform that helps IT and Security teams discover, govern, and optimize their AI and SaaS ecosystems.
• This role is remote within Canada and the US, with a focus on delivering impactful features in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Take end-to-end ownership of well-defined features from development through production, writing meaningful tests and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer problems and advocate for good outcomes.
• Surface blockers early, keep work moving, and participate in code reviews to grow your technical judgment.

What You Bring:

• 2-4 years of professional software development experience with .NET/C# and exposure to MongoDB or a comparable document database.
• Strong collaboration skills, curiosity about AI tools, and a proactive mindset to improve the codebase and processes.
• Ability to learn quickly and take ownership, with a high bar for clean, well-tested code.
