Incident Manager / Coordinator – Automotive

We’re looking for an experienced Incident Manager or Coordinator to join a high-impact project in the automotive sector focused on Electrical & Electronic (EE) issue resolution across the vehicle lifecycle. Key Responsibilities include leading and coordinating triage of EE-related incidents, collaborating with technical analysts, engineering, and quality teams, and ensuring timely resolution using tools like CANalyzer, JIRA, CODEP/PLM. The role is 100% remote (CET timezone) and relocation to Sweden is possible. Candidates with 4+ years of experience in incident coordination or technical support and a background in automotive EE systems are preferred. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
