Job Description
We’re seeking a skilled and mission-aligned Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategies that connect people to life-changing care. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, this individual will oversee multi-channel campaigns and content creation, build brand presence, and help shape the way we communicate our values to the communities we serve. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities include developing and managing marketing plans, partnering cross-functionally with various teams, managing digital presence, leading content development, analyzing campaign results, supporting internal communications, and helping steward the company's identity. The role also involves developing and implementing a highly effective program of internal communications utilizing multi-faceted channels.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, 5–7 years of experience in marketing, strong project management and communication skills, and experience with digital marketing tools. Creative thinking, interpersonal skills, and experience in behavioral health or DEI communications are preferred.
