Role Overview:
- As the Manager of the Cyber Fusion Center, you will build and lead a modern cyber defense capability with a focus on incident response and SOC operations.
- You will design and operationalize an AI-enabled SOC in partnership with internal teams and external MSSPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Cyber Fusion Center aligned with business risk.
- Oversee SOC operations, incident response, and security engineering across internal and external providers.
- Develop and test incident response plans, escalation procedures, and cybersecurity playbooks using frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field with 8-10 years of progressive cybersecurity experience.
- Proven experience in incident response, SOC operations, and security engineering leadership.
- Strong knowledge of security operations platforms, endpoint detection, identity security, and cloud security.
