VP of FP&A

We’re looking for a VP of FP&A to help take Masabi’s financial planning function to the next level. This role isn’t just about reporting and oversight, it’s about building a forward-looking, commercially minded FP&A team that delivers clarity, drives performance, and supports growth. You’ll bring structure to our budgeting and forecasting cycles, build models that reflect how we sell, deliver, and renew, and work closely across departments to ensure financial thinking becomes embedded in everyday decisions. You’ll be a key partner to the CFO and executive team, shaping how we tell our financial story and make strategic choices. As we implement new planning infrastructure, your leadership will help teams access timely insights, streamline reporting, and operate with greater confidence and accountability.
