Senior Counsel – Lemon Law Litigation

Role Overview:

• This position offers a remote-friendly environment with a supportive Northern California team handling Lemon Law and consumer warranty defense.
• You will take ownership of cases from inception through trial, with access to firm resources and experienced colleagues.

What You'll Do:

• Manage all facets of litigation: developing case strategy, conducting discovery, taking depositions, handling motion practice, and preparing for mediation and trial.
• Communicate directly with clients and build lasting relationships while advocating for their interests.
• Collaborate with a team that values initiative, communication, and exceptional legal work.

Who You Are:

• An experienced California litigator with 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in Lemon Law defense and related consumer litigation.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a busy practice independently while knowing when to seek collaborative input.
• Committed to continuous growth as a trial lawyer and eager to take on greater responsibility.
