Job Description
SEC Reporting:
- Own the preparation and timely filing of all external financial reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other required SEC filings.
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Workiva SEC reporting platform.
Technical Accounting:
- Own stock-based compensation accounting, including monitoring equity award activities, evaluating equity modifications.
- Perform technical accounting research and prepare accounting memo on ad hoc transactions.
Internal Controls and SOX Documentation:
- Serve as one of the critical owners of internal controls over financial reporting to ensure compliance with the SOX.
- Help manage the audit process and fulfill information requests.
