Position Summary:
- Join a mission to transform pharmacy benefits by leading high-impact, client-facing development projects.
- Work at the forefront of technical solutioning for enterprise API integrations, data migrations, and security.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across internal and client teams to accelerate program technical deliveries.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead development from design to production, collaborating with product teams to refine and implement requirements.
- Engage with major clients to architect solutions, establish enterprise-grade APIs, and build backend applications in Python on AWS.
- Design scalable systems for high-volume transactions, ensure security best practices, conduct code reviews, and demonstrate technical leadership.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of job experience with strong Python (Flask/SQLAlchemy) and TypeScript skills, plus advanced PostgreSQL knowledge.
- Experience with microservices, API paradigms, cloud delivery (AWS, Terraform), and improving system scalability and observability.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for effective remote collaboration with technical and non-technical client teams.
