Your Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and execute manual test cases for new and existing CRM functionalities
  • Perform functional, integration, and regression testing
  • Identify, document, and track defects

Test Automation:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for regression and continuous testing
  • Contribute to the optimization of automated testing frameworks and QA processes

Quality Assurance & Collaboration:

  • Analyze test results and prepare clear test reports for stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
