Job Description
Role Focus: Recruit and onboard new customers, technology partners, and system integrators. Lead business development and sales efforts, including prospecting and pipeline management. Maintain customer records and contribute to detailed customer reporting.
Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for customer and partner inquiries. Collaborate to design scalable customer and partner processes. Meet with customers and partners to deliver industry-specific requirements.
Requirements: Experience in business development or customer success. Extensive domain knowledge in the Training and Simulation industry. Familiarity with the Training and Simulation ecosystem and SaaS partnerships.
