Sr. Manager, Finance Data Analytics

Seeking an experienced and driven Senior Manager of Finance Data Analytics to lead the finance data team in initiatives focused on revenue, financial forecasting, and accounting support. This role is pivotal in managing our Databricks data warehouse, deploying SQL data models, and orchestrating workflows using DBT. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge and will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our financial data reporting pipelines. Additionally, this role will oversee the deployment and management of business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Causal, manage integrations between other systems and the data warehouse, ensure SOX compliance, as well as provide leadership and support to analysts. The role involves managing a team of data analysts, developing and optimizing the Databricks Data Warehouse, using DBT to orchestrate data models, supporting the accounting team during month-end close, and implementing AI-based solutions. The manager will also ensure SOX compliance, maintain data warehouse documentation, and partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data models.
