As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers by understanding their needs, introducing them to SYNTAX, and setting the stage for successful partnerships. This role involves working closely with field sales to drive growth and revenue. Responsibilities include qualifying inbound leads, conducting targeted outbound outreach, engaging prospects through various communication channels like phone, email, and virtual demos, translating complex molecular biology concepts into customer-focused solutions, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and technical teams. Maintaining clean, accurate CRM data to support pipeline growth is also a key aspect of this role.
