Engineering Lead

As a small team, we’re all generalists and constantly picking up new challenges. We’re looking to work with experienced engineering leaders who thrive in a hands-on environment and can help teams build with focus, clarity, and velocity. You’ll support engineers in their growth, elevate product quality through technical guidance, and help us scale thoughtfully while staying true to our principles of simplicity, speed, and craft. You will support and develop a small team of engineers through regular feedback, mentoring, and coaching and collaborate with design, product, and founders to scope, prioritize, and deliver projects. You will also facilitate planning and execution across projects while helping engineers stay unblocked and focused. Ensure code quality and system reliability through reviews, architecture input, and operational excellence. Advocate for and contribute to a strong engineering culture centered on ownership, curiosity, and collaboration and help define and evolve our engineering practices, hiring standards, and team processes as we grow.
