Proposal Manager

The Proposal Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the proposal process from pre-RFP through submission to optimize best chances for contract award. Assists in the development of proposals through collaboration with all members of the proposal team including capture managers and business development officers. Manages and coordinates individual RFP/RFQ proposal efforts and rewrites sections as required. Serves as the primary point of contact (POC) for assigned proposal efforts including preparing kickoff packages and coordinating meetings. Supports the Director of Proposal Operations Knowledge Management Library including establishing new sites and updating files. A clearance may be required for this position.
