Health Education Manager, Hematology

As the Health Education Manager for our hematology portfolio, you will be an active member of the AbbVie Institute of Health Education. In this role, you will be responsible to identify HCPs health education needs and develop multiple health education initiatives customized to address them. Key responsibilities include conducting HCP needs assessments, leading the development of strategic health education plans, designing health education strategies, and overseeing the plan’s execution. You will also implement digital engagement strategies, ensure accountability in the review of educational standards, and cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The role also includes assessing the effectiveness of health education offerings through data analysis and reporting on deliverables and insights.
