Director, Product Management - GTM Systems

This role will build and lead a Product Management organization focused on delivering products and experiences for sellers and customers, define the Sales Platform Vision & Roadmap, and integrate AI into the Sales Platform to streamline seller workflows and improve forecasting accuracy. The role also requires driving cross-functional alignment, evaluating trade-offs, applying user-centered design, and championing Samsara’s cultural principles. The minimum requirements for this role includes 12+ years in Product Management leadership for large-scale software or platform ecosystems; strong background in Sales Technology (CRM, CPQ, CLM, EMS) and Quote-to-Cash systems. Ideal candidates will have AI Product Expertise, Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership, Vision & Change Leadership driving digital product strategy.
