Site Reliability Engineer

Your Role and Impact:

• You will support Solventum’s Core Speech products and ensure production system reliability.
• You will perform capacity planning and performance monitoring.
• You will work on collaborative projects to drive system improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• You need a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience, or equivalent.
• Experience with devops languages, CI/CD, and cloud orchestration tools is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail are required.

Compensation and Benefits:

• The expected salary range is $124,000 - $170,500 per year.
• Eligible for benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and retirement plans.
• The position is fully remote within the United States.
