Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Build and operate the delivery platform across AWS, EKS, ArgoCD, Helm, and Terraform.
• Fix production problems by finding root cause, hardening systems, and automating toil.
• Respond to incidents, drive postmortems, and improve reliability metrics.

Qualifications:

• Deep hands-on production experience with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Helm, Terraform, and Python.
• Proficiency in AWS services including EKS, EC2, IAM, VPC, and CloudWatch.
• Strong scripting in Python and Bash, with production troubleshooting and incident response skills.

Additional Information:

• Work Environment: Fully remote with a reliable internet connection and home office setup.
• Work Schedule: Operates in Eastern or Central Time.
• Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 USD, plus benefits starting day one including Flexible PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k).
