Quality Assurance Analyst, Healthcare Technical (Remote)

As the Senior QA Analyst, you will report to Experian Health, your role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and performance of our payer data integrations and eligibility workflows. You will work with developers, product managers, and database administrators to validate complex data flows, automate test coverage, and support our AWS migration efforts. You will design and execute test plans for payer data workflows, eligibility transactions, and EDI connections. You will also perform regression, functional, and performance testing across Clearinghouse systems. Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and edge cases in data processing pipelines. Collaborate with partners to understand reporting and data validation requirements. Additionally, you will develop automated test scripts using QA tools, SQL, and MongoDB and maintain test scripts. Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on data pipelines and integrations. Validate data retrieval and transformation logic through test cases. You will produce detailed QA reports highlighting test coverage, defects, and insights. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related quality issues and participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming to ensure QA readiness. Part of the role also involves partnering with teams to understand data flows and quality requirements and collaborating with IT and data management teams to enhance QA processes and tooling.
