We offer Licensed Therapists a competitive compensation package based on productivity with uncapped earning potential, a W2 employed position, sign-on bonus, and cash based incentive program. Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking therapists fully licensed and credentialed in Washington (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) and experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
