Job Description
Compensation Accounting:
- Managing all aspects of compensation accounting.
- Calculating and tracking commissions, bonuses, and 401K contributions.
- Ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing journal entries to record all payroll activity, commissions, and bonus accruals.
- Reconciling payroll-related GL accounts to payroll reports and insurance invoices.
- Providing documentation and support for auditors and tax authorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- 4+ years of relevant experience as a compensation focused accountant
- Proficiency in Excel, BI 360, MS Dynamics GP.
