Global Operational Risk Manager

The Group Risk Operational Risk Manager is an important role within the Operational Risk team. You will undertake operational risk business partnering with Global business units and functions, cultivating relationships and ensuring rapid escalation of concerns across the business. Main responsibilities include managing Group Operational Risk Policies, understanding risks associated with AI and new technologies, leading on requirements for risk system tooling changes and supporting the internal operational risk loss reporting process. You will ensure the business understands and complies with Operational Risk Policies, Standards and processes, improve Operational risk data and insights, and play an active part in ensuring Operational Risk practices remain in line with industry standard. An ideal candidate has experience in changing and building operating industry good practice Risk Management Frameworks and producing Executive level risk reports. They should be able to apply technical knowledge practically and interpret, analyze, and articulate complex data impactfully, also having a technical background with an understanding of technology and AI.
