Role and Impact:
- You own a full stack feature team for a cloud-based disease surveillance platform.
- You coordinate across a large, multi-team effort on an open-source system.
- You navigate both technical depth and bureaucratic complexity.
What You'll Do:
- Prioritize based on architecture, engineering tradeoffs, and user needs.
- Lead team ceremonies like planning meetings and retrospectives.
- Partner with CDC and stakeholders to manage velocity and transfer skills.
Qualifications:
- Technical fluency with software, APIs, and data systems.
- Experience with lean product principles and human-centered design.
- Prior product management on cross-functional teams in iterative delivery.
