About the Role:
- Own new product areas before they have a team, developing thesis and research to size opportunities.
- Turn research into shovel-ready work with briefs, prototypes, and specs.
- Run projects end-to-end that don't need a full squad, covering squads when needed.
What You'll Do:
- Develop a thesis, do the research, size the opportunity, and make a recommendation.
- Output briefs, prototypes, and specs that a squad can pick up and build immediately.
- Move quickly using AI to dig through data and test ideas with real customers.
What You Bring:
- 6+ years building and shipping web applications as a designer, engineer, or product manager.
- Comfortable being the only person accountable for an initiative without a team.
- Outstanding written communication and strong product intuition.
