Business Immigration Attorney

Join our dynamic team at CIP PC as a Business Immigration Attorney! You will liaise with client contacts, provide strategic legal counsel, and help manage immigration programs. You should have in-depth experience with high volume employment-based NIV and IV immigration cases, including PERM, I-140, AOS, H-1B, L-1, TN, and E visa matters. This role also requires legal research and preparation of complex written projects for immigration cases while also reviewing work of Paralegals, ensuring accuracy and quality. Key responsibilities include preparing and filing cases, performing client management, providing support to the Managing Attorney, assisting with casework quality, evaluating cases and providing strategies, covering for attorneys on leave, mentoring paralegals, performing reporting/auditing duties, and analyzing legal issues to provide sound advice. You will also foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
