Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will support core financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, provider compensation, accounts payable/receivable, and performance reporting. This role involves conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization, building and maintaining financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning. Responsibilities include calculating provider payments based on compensation models, processing and analyzing large volumes of financial and operational data, and supporting monthly close processes. The analyst will also assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, develop dashboards, and identify opportunities to improve processes and automate workflows.
