Product Manager, Internal Tools & Fleet Planning

The Product Manager will own and grow the internal-facing digital tools that Inspiration Mobility teams rely on to operate at scale, specifically for planning, forecasting, reporting, and managing EV fleet assets. This role involves partnering with Ops, Finance, and Data teams to translate insights and customer feedback into usable product features. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing and continuously improving BI surfaces across teams, defining shovel-ready requirements in collaboration with engineering, and rapidly iterating and digitizing internal processes, products and MVPs into high-impact tools with clear user value. The position requires 4+ years of experience in product management for internal tools, operations platforms, or data-rich systems.
