Key Responsibilities:

- Develop enablement content specifically suited for different user personas.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal technology.
- Strong working knowledge of eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, Everlaw, Nuix, or similar.
- Experience developing or delivering training, documentation, or enablement content for legal audiences.
Capabilities:
- Subject matter depth: understand how Syllo's eDiscovery features work and explain them plainly.
- Curriculum thinking: design learning experiences that build skill, not just awareness.
- Pace: keep training content current as the product evolves.
