What You’ll Do:
- Design and develop scalable customer education content for Agiloft products.
- Create training modules, job aids, walkthroughs, videos, and hands-on labs.
- Deliver live customer webinars, workshops, and instructor-led training sessions.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of experience in customer education, technical training, or product enablement.
- Experience with CLM platforms or legal technology.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
