The ideal candidate will bring experience from a retained executive search firm and a strong grasp of the executive search methodology from market mapping through candidate engagement. This position requires a deep understanding of executive search coupled with the creativity to design and execute innovative sourcing strategies that attract high caliber senior level talent. The role offers flexibility with the option to work remote or hybrid with occasional travel to collaborate directly with one of the world’s most respected automotive brands. Key responsibilities include serving as a primary liaison with client hiring managers ensuring clear communication, using advanced sourcing techniques, developing outreach strategies, and managing a robust talent pipeline.
