ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure production machine performance is well maintained.
- Assist process/equipment engineers with new device evaluations.
- Practice 6’s after maintenance/repairing/conversion.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Familiarity with Die Attach, Die Sort, and Oven machines.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
SKILLS:
- Work independently with good interpersonal skills.
- Multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with computer systems and MS Office applications.
